What are the conditions applicable for all real estate packages?
The property needs to be picture-ready. Pets need to be secured and at a safe distance from the equipment during the photoshoot. Payment platforms like Zelle / Venmo / Check are preferred. A 5% fee will be added to the invoice if paid by credit card. For weather reasons, reschedules will be offered. No refunds.
